Band Director Information

Registration and Payment

Your $200 non-refundable check must be received by Spain Park by OCTOBER 1st in order for your registration to be accepted. 

Upon Arrival (Bands)

Once you arrive at the bus entrance you will be greeted by our parking team (the stadium flow, parking and warm up map can be found HERE). They will be responsible for directing your buses and equipment trucks. Please visit the Registration Tent to get your packet that will include a schedule, maps, and arm bands for students, chaperones, and staff. Our staff will explain what the different color arm bands symbolize. We will also have a guide that will assist you in getting to warm-up, to the performance field, and back to your buses/trucks. The Theron Montgomery Building (TMB) can be used for restrooms and changing. Each of the four floors has restrooms for use. You can locate the Theron Montgomery Building on our parking and warm up map directly across from Warm up Area A.

Press Box

Directors, Staff Members, and Parents are NOT allowed in the Press Box area.

Stadium Seating

There is no designated seating areas for specific bands. However, we ask that you sit in the lower sections closer to the field and/or outside the 40 yard line and reserve the upper portions for paying guests.

Instrument Repair

Art’s Music and Gadsden Music will serve as the official music stores for the event and provide on-site instrument repair service for minor repairs. More details will be available at Band Check-In. Please join us in thanking them for being a part of the event.

Directors, Staff Members, and Parents are NOT allowed in the Press Box area.

There will be designated seating for participating groups. Seats will be clearly marked, and a seating chart will be provided to directors prior to the event.
